Bio:

Tess Barron is an experienced developmental fiction editor. She started her career editing limitlessly dull academic papers until she just couldn't take it anymore. After moving to adult fiction editing nearly a decade ago, she has now switched directions again and spends most of her time writing, and teaching authors how to avoid the mistakes she has come across in her career.
