We make every effort to ensure that our products are in stock and available for purchase. However, there may be times when a product is temporarily out of stock or no longer available. If this happens, we will notify you and provide you with options for a replacement or refund.


Physical and Digital Copies:


Physical copies of our books are available for purchase on our website and in select bookstores. Digital copies are available for purchase on our website and through popular e-book retailers.


Product Quality:


We take pride in the quality of our products and make every effort to ensure that they meet your expectations. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and we will replace it or provide a refund.

Return Policy:


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Bear Hill Books. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the product for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. All physical products worth over must be returned in their original condition. Digital products cannot be returned.




We ship to Canada and the US only at the moment, but our titles are available at Amazon in any country. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and are based on the size and weight of the product, as well as the shipping destination. We make every effort to ensure that your order is shipped in a timely manner and will provide you with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Shipping on orders over $100 is free.
